Founded in 2016, anatomie is a strength and conditioning studio

rooted in the science of human movement with an emphasis

on people and community.

 

We focus on building strength from the ground up through proper biomechanics, movement standards, and progressive overload. By understanding muscle function, joint stability, and the principles of adaptation, we help you get strong, live strong, and move well in everyday life while also pushing you to connect with your body on a deeper level, bringing mindfulness to the forefront of every workout.

Our clean aesthetic, modern and minimalist space reflects our commitment to focused training and a clutter-free experience.

At the heart of anatomie is community.

We push, challenge and celebrate each other every step of the way and recognize that it’s more than a workout, but an opportunity

to build bonds, share energy and grow stronger together.

sweat and empower one another.
