TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
I want you to train for life. Move, breathe, sweat, surprise yourself, find your edge and go a little bit past it. Pull back when it’s necessary and tap into that fire when you’re feeling it. Do the hard stuff in the gym and on the bike, and know you have the ability to handle what’s hard outside
these walls as well.
YOGA PHILOSOPHY
Each class welcomes organic movement and invites you to understand yourself on a deeper level. We’ll detach from what it looks like, and spend our time exploring what it feels like to move and “be” without expectation.
